I recently purchased some items for my son's 5th birthday, a pair of Batman shoes which he loves and a Pawpatrol Water Bottle. We realized when we gave him the bottle that it had a crack so was not useable. I immediately notified the Peekabo team who responded fast and we had a replacement delivered within an hour or so. I appreciated their swift response as I had a sad boy who quickly became happy when he got the new bottle.
